We’ll meet on Zoom for 20–30 minutes. This is a relaxed conversation to understand your needs, answer your questions, and make sure coaching is the right fit for you.
If you decide to go ahead, we’ll get started with your first 1:1 session. I’ll listen to your story, understand your current challenges, and create a plan tailored to your goals.
We’ll meet on Zoom regularly (depending on your package). A session could focus on coaching, gentle movement, and practical tools to help you feel more confident and in control.
You’ll have access to an online library of physio-led Pilates, breathwork, education, and guided stretches — so you can keep building progress between our calls.
I’ll check in with you throughout your package, helping you stay motivated and adjust your plan as your needs change. You won’t be doing this alone.
By the end of your 3- or 6-month journey, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies, a stronger and calmer body, and the confidence to keep moving forward on your own.
