Your Coaching Journey Step by Step

Step 1: Book your free clarity call

We’ll meet on Zoom for 20–30 minutes. This is a relaxed conversation to understand your needs, answer your questions, and make sure coaching is the right fit for you.

Step 2: Your personalised plan

If you decide to go ahead, we’ll get started with your first 1:1 session. I’ll listen to your story, understand your current challenges, and create a plan tailored to your goals.

Step 3: Regular online sessions

We’ll meet on Zoom regularly (depending on your package). A session could focus on coaching, gentle movement, and practical tools to help you feel more confident and in control.

Step 4: Resources to support you between sessions

You’ll have access to an online library of physio-led Pilates, breathwork, education, and guided stretches — so you can keep building progress between our calls.

Step 5: Ongoing support & accountability

I’ll check in with you throughout your package, helping you stay motivated and adjust your plan as your needs change. You won’t be doing this alone.

Step 6: Transformation you can trust

By the end of your 3- or 6-month journey, you’ll have a toolkit of strategies, a stronger and calmer body, and the confidence to keep moving forward on your own.
