I truly believe that the answers are already within you — sometimes we just need a space to explore them. My role is to create that space, guide you, and empower you to take intentional steps toward the confident, strong, and calm body you deserve.
Hi, I’m Amy,
I created Space for Her because I know what it feels like to live in a body that doesn’t feel like your own. After experiencing pelvic pain and challenges following pregnancy and C-sections, I often felt isolated, frustrated, and unsure where to turn for support. I wanted answers, guidance, and a safe space to explore my own recovery, but found that these options were rare.
Over the years, I discovered how much strength, calm, and confidence could be found through a combination of physiotherapy, movement, Pilates, and nervous system healing. I also realised something crucial: women are rarely given the space to explore their bodies, their experiences, and their emotions, in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
This awareness became the foundation of Space for Her — a philosophy and approach that I weave through everything I do, whether it’s 1:1 coaching, group classes, or online programs. My goal is simple: to create a space where women with chronic pelvic pain, post-surgical recovery challenges, or postpartum changes feel understood, supported, and able to take back control of their bodies and their lives.




My own experiences with surgery, chronic pelvic pain, and postpartum recovery inform everything I do. I understand the frustration, fear, and uncertainty that can come with these challenges. That’s why I’m passionate about creating programmes, coaching, and classes that not only support the body, but also restore confidence, trust, and calm.
Every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, and in control of her body again — and that’s exactly what I aim to provide through Space for Her.
By integrating holistic principles into my practice, I help women reclaim their sense of wholeness and vitality in all aspects of their lives.
By blending movement modalities like Pilates and Yin Yoga with therapeutic coaching I provide a comprehensive approach to healing.
By fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, I empower women to embrace self care practices that promote healing on all levels.
I’m a chartered physiotherapist, Pilates instructor, and therapeutic coach with over 16 years of experience supporting women at every stage of life. I’ve worked with clients recovering from surgery, pelvic and low back pain, childbirth, trauma, and chronic conditions, combining hands-on expertise with education and movement strategies.
