Laura had been living with chronic pelvic pain for over 2 years. She felt frustrated, isolated, and unsure what movements were safe. Daily activities like sitting for long periods or going for a walk often triggered discomfort, leaving her exhausted and anxious.
Laura joined the Calm Core Method Online Programme with 1:1 coaching support. Together, we focused on gentle, physiotherapy-led Pilates, breathwork, and targeted movement strategies to calm her nervous system and strengthen her core and pelvic floor safely.
